Louis Bilionis教授是美国辛辛那提大学法学院院长及Nippert法学讲席教授，Bilionis院长是美国颇富盛名的宪法学者和诉讼法学者，著作丰厚。Bilionis教授是哈佛大学法学院法律博士（J.D.）特优毕业生，在多起美国联邦最高法院案件重要诉讼中参与诉讼和咨询。Bilionis教授曾在美国律师协会（ABA）法律教育和执业准入委员会及美国法律和领导力研究院等担任多项领导职务。
