主讲人简介：

Prof. Moshe Cohen-Eliya is the President of the College of Law and Business, Israel. He was the founder and editor-in-chief of the journal Law & Ethics of Human Rights and the co-author of the book Proportionality and Constitutional Culture (Cambridge University Press). He was a fellow at the human rights program at Harvard law school (2002-3) and a faculty fellow at the Safra Center for Ethics at Harvard (2009-10). His publications appear at journals such as ICON, American Journal of Comparative Law, Toronto Law Journal, Columbia Journal of Transnational Law, NYU Journal of International law, and the Canadian Journal of Law and Jurisprudence.
